My dog tucker just died.
My dad was riding a horse at the farm, with tucker near by being the dumbass he is.
Dumbfuck ran out on the road and got hit by a car.
Now my parents are crying and sad.
I'm kind of sad tuckers dead and I should be.
But what a stupid fucking dog...
Now I'm gonna miss him and be sad. :(
on another note I went to regina last night for the centenial thing in regina with andrew.
there was a great ska band there (scavanger) and a great blues guy (clifton brown).
I also saw the male cop dude off of corner gas, well the actor.
he was a couple meters away.
I yelled CORNER GAS! And I knew it wasn't him cause he DIDN'T look back.
In regina the music was really good for the most of it, and the fireworks were like exactly a half hour long and were phenominal.
It glimmered off the water, and the parliament building looked like it was glowing from the spotlights and stuff.
It was awesome. |

Around 12 last night I couldn't sleep, so I had to ask my mom for a fan I put in my window that cools my room off, well I put it in, turned it on, then crashed not long after.
Aparantly one or two or three hours later I was fumbling at my door taking like ten seconds to open it, then went into my moms room and started mumbling at which point I said something like "how do I put the fan to sleep" she's like Wha?? and I'm like "you said I have to put the fan to sleep when i'm not using it anymore" or something to that gyst.
Whoa!
first time I'v ever known I slept walk.
I think its cause I was running like 5-6 km at night and worked out at night quitting around ten o clock.

Today I started construction work at the sign building helping put together a play ground.
I ripped open some flesh in my big toe, my left one. OUCH.
on tuesday we took most of the stuff at grandpas and grandma's.
I grappled with my cousin kelsey, who is 230 pounds 6'4.
holy shit is he ever strong
he won the first round by I think full nelson or something
I won second by juji gatame from mount.
he won third by crushing my face with his body.
Holy shit he's strong.
I'll have to grapple with him more to learn to get better!
I'm so tired from putting together that play ground.
We are finishing tomarrow I think, I gotta leave in the afternoon cause I have to do papers though. |

Still tired and tired though.
I wanna work the Omo-plata more as I heard it works great as a sweep, but I also want to use it as a straight out submission.
I need to work on sweeps and escapes, along with strength and my stand up.
I'm off to my grandparents in springside tomarrow to help them move to their new house, tomarrow will be taking couches and stuff over to the new lot. |

starting training tomarrow or tuesday
it will be about 4-6 hours long everyday cept thursday and sunday.
lots of bag work, running, calistethics, and wieght training and more.

Lifes been okay lately.
Havn't had any family members die or any tragedies happen. Sure hope it doesn't.
Ju Jitsu's going okay.
I suppose I'm getting in alot better shape. I'm 30 pounds lighter than last summer.
I'm so weak compared to what my goal is. I'm nothing near what I will consider physically fit.
Shit, I heard massage school is super stressful.
Shit, I'm fucking loosing my memory. It's really effecting my life in a negative way (..or is it affecting?).
I oughta clean up my gutter mouth.
I can't wait till summer time. I'm just starting to get too busy.

Yey for mid winter break.
I need this break. I'm doing what I should which is relaxing. Whats also nice is i'm not being all self-pitiful for myself cause its valentines day. I'm trying to enjoy life, even though it is busy.
I'm gonna be training hard tomarrow, like a two hour long jiu jitsu class.
Then at 8:30 ish on wednesday I'm going for an overnight ski trip at assassipi.
Needless to say, after I get home around 6 thursday and do my paper route, I'm going to be tired.
I gotta buy some stuff. Anyone know a canadian martial arts supply place that sells those huge skinny muay thai bags?
I need one. Aside from that I need good MMA gloves. Then I suppose I gotta get some MMA shorts or muay thai shorts or something.
I sold my paintball gun with tank today, the guy still has to pay me a little more though, for my tank, as he just bought enough for the gun. I'm happy though, because I'm not totally poor now. Yey, I hope something bad doesn't happen though, hahha.
I'm hanging out with chris tonight then going to my grandmas....

I have jiu jitsu tonight. That shall be fun.
Today one of the "TKD people" found out I do jiu jitsu.

Shit, I hope she can keep her mouth shut, but too bad she can't....shes got a huge mouth. It don't matter who she is, I'm just ranting here.
I have my drivers sign test tomarrow. I'm nervous, I have to ace everything with drivers ed so I can get it done as soon as possible.
Ryan, goin out for coffee rocked, we gotta do it again next time I'm in town.
We are doing "The Raven" in english class. FINALLY GOOD POETRY IN ENGLISH!
I have a haircut now :D, yes a ceaser cut.
ARGH! I want it to get warm out allready! I HAAAAAAAAAAATE WINTER!!!
On the mean time I'v found ways to deal with stress, but i'm still pretty worked out. |

Well, haha, I found out I passed my math final with a 54%...Thats really sad. This semester I REALLY have to buckle up and do my homework.
I hung out at Fieldons last night with Jeff, Kari, Sabrina, Danylo, Fieldon, and Katelyn while she was still there.
That was awesome.
I'm lookin forward to tonight, gonna do that again.
Uh...I'm going to regina next thursday, for some special massage thats called "Chranio Sachral massage therapy." supposed to be super good for you.
Feels super nice too.
Has to do with aligning the spinal column properly.

It's finally starting to get nice outside! It's like -3,and 0ish!
Just watched "Napolean Dynamite" again at luke's place. That movie is so incredibally awesome.
Also I got reminded how shitty neck cranks feel to the people who get em, heh. My neck is sore.
Oh well, I had a good time.
I have a math final tomarrow in the afternoon, heh, I'm NERVOUS. I REALLY hope I get a 70 MINIMUM.
